NTpage Users and pagers are setup using the NTpage Administrator. A user to NTpage is an individual or paging device. When someone wants to send a message they send it to a User/Pager that is defined in NTpage. Users/Pagers can also be entered dynamically into NTpage by using the NTpage API (Application Programming Interface) or by using the NTpager.exe command line utility for sending a message.
