This is how you want your message to be routed.

You can specify one of the following:
   "P" to send to the pager only
   "E" to send to eamil only
   "B" to send to the pager and email

Example

<INPUT NAME = "WhereTo" VALUE="B">

This example would route the message to the users pager and email account.
